This page is provided to assist JMS Insurance, Inc. clients with the convenience of using the internet for filing changes regarding their existing policies.
It is our policy to be in contact with you, the insured, within one (1) business day of receiving your submitted Change Form to verify your requested change(s). Please understand that any changes made via this site are not legally bond until one of our licensed insurance agents have been in contact with you, the insured.
If you, the insured, have not heard from our Home Office within one (1) business day of submitting your requested change(s) to your existing policy, please contact our Home Office at (574) 586-7892 during our regular business hours of Monday through Friday - 9 am to 5:30 pm CST. Although the internet offers many wonderful conveniences, it may be possible that your requested change(s) were not received.
