Please be informed that our agency does not correct Motor Vehicle Records or Credit Reports, we only correct the information provided by insured such as name, address, spouse's name, employment, date of birth, SSN's, vehicle or property information, etc.
There are some kinds of information that we are unable to give you access to. This type of information is usually collected when we evaluate a claim or when the possibility of a lawsuit exists.
THE INFORMATION WE PROVIDE TO OTHERS
We may share the information described above with other companies or organizations, but only as permitted by law. In the course of normal business operations, we will share information about you with third parties involved in providing insurance coverage. These may include third party claims adjusters, fraud services, reinsurance companies, insurance regulatory authorities and consumer reporting agencies. Any information we receive from or share with a consumer reporting agency may be shared with others.
